Bookings can be made online or if you prefer by post or over the phone.
To secure a booking we will require a £100 part holiday cost deposit. 8 weeks prior to your stay the balance of your holiday cost will become due. We no longer require payment of a damage deposit.
All bookings made within 8 weeks of the holiday start date
will require payment in full.
Payment maybe made via our online booking service, by
cheque or direct into our bank.
Short breaks are available at all of our properties. Kindly email
with your preferred property and dates and we will confirm
the mini break price or check our late availability page for
details of some mini break prices.

During these uncertain times we will do all we can to reassure you about your existing booking or a new stay. Whites of St Ives will continue to operate, and we are taking new bookings and will fulfil existing bookings. We will monitor the situation very closely and update our policy regularly taking into account Government guidelines. Please do not hesitate to contact us with your questions or concerns.
Presently, for existing bookings for 31st May or earlier, we would be happy to change the dates of your stay. We must ask that your amended dates are within 2020. As always, there would be no charge for doing this. Here at Whites of St Ives there are no hidden extras such as booking fees or amendment fees. The holiday cost is just as it says it is, your total holiday cost. Obviously, date changes are subject to availability. If the change of date means your holiday cost is lower or higher than previously, we will either refund any excess payment or ask you to make payment of any difference in price. If you wish to cancel your holiday rather than rearrange, as there are no enforced travel restrictions in place at this time, our usual booking conditions apply. Kindly read our terms and conditions
If you have holiday insurance, we would urge you to check this and discuss any concerns with your policy provider.
At the moment the majority of our guests are planning to continue with their travel plans and holiday with us. Our apartments are cleaned thoroughly by our regular linen and cleaning services provider. However, it is impossible to guarantee that our properties are free from infection. We will keep up to date with guidance given by The Department for Health & Social Care. But, please ensure you pack essential items that may be in short supply.
